Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of designing products for startups and industry leaders alike. Join me in exploring the work that’s shaped my journey.

It was a joy working with Jobelle during my tenure and I’ve been consistently impressed by her UX leadership skills, professionalism and commitment to our mission. Despite the challenge of onboarding during a pandemic, Jobelle was excellent in bridging the UX design gap: from setting up the research plans and defining the discovery phase with customers, to detailed user interface design and getting feedback, and design handoff to engineers.

Jobelle excellently applied her outstanding and well-founded specialist knowledge in practice at all times. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to independently acquire new knowledge and to familiarize herself with previously unknown subject areas.  She demonstrated great skill and empathy in her work and repeatedly contributed valuable ideas, which she always put into practice very successfully. She always advised customers in a service-oriented manner.

Jobelle was instrumental in numerous large-scale launches as the primary designer on our core product - Engage - a product that has consistently maintained high NPS, delighted hundreds of thousands of users and has been the bread and butter of our business for many years. Jobelle was able to be successful in part due to possesing a unique blend of design skills and always pushing us to think through a design thinking lens as we build out our products. In addition to project work Jobelle has been a great resource to Junior designers on the team.

During my time working alongside her, Jobelle has shown a special talent for solving complex UX issues and creating designs that are both user friendly and seamless with the brand. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her!
